NCDA’s aims in 2010 were:
- Develop sustainable community-based regeneration initiatives addressing the economic, environmental, cultural and community needs of Newhaven, particularly addressing the needs of those most vulnerable in the community.
- Maintain local community and use involvement in the development and delivery of services.
- Maintain quality assurance standards within the organisation.
- Continuously develop financial sustainability for the work of NCDA.
- Implement the forward strategy for the continuing regeneration of Newhaven.
- Facilitate and support effective partnership between the voluntary, statutory and private sectors to address the indentified needs of Newhaven
