Denton Island Community Centre aims to address health, well-being, education and lifelong learning for families and extended families by:

• Developing and managing the use of Denton Island Community Centre as a community-led whole-life and whole-family approach to improving life opportunities for the whole community.
• Providing access for parents to a range of support services as the designated Children's Centre for Newhaven.
• Providing a range of additional activities for children, young people and families to address the cycle of needs.
• Supporting other partners to deliver activities from Denton Island Community Centre.
